Godello Bodega Godeval 2024 Bodegas Godeval Godeval is a Spanish winery located in the heart of Galicia, in the Valdeorras region. The winery is dedicated to crafting wines that are true to the land, and the unique terroir of the region is reflected in each bottle. 3 main environmental factors come in to play for these vines, a combination of altitude, continental influence and the atlantic climate lead to a long period for the grape to ripen gently helping to retain acidity and freshness The grape variety Godello is Local to the region and can produce some terrific dry fresh orchard fruit driven wines and this is certainly one of them and excellent value for money to boot. Upon first tasting this we where mightily impressed with its drinkability, aroma, flavour etc etc. It certainly ticked all the boxes for us and didn’t last long! The wine is lovely and well balanced with notes of green apple, pear, dried herbs with a flinty character with the end result being a very well made high quality affordable white wine. Is Vegan?
