Apply by spray or brush to area at approximately 200ft² per gallon (4.9m² per liter). Allow 10 to 15 minutes for penetration. Rinse off with clean water using a 1200psi pressure washer. For unusually deep seated grease and oil stains, a second application may be necessary. Apply full strength cleaner to very old surfaces. To clean roofer’s tools, allow to soak in pail of 1:1 solution of SurfaceClean overnight. Coverage Coverage is dependent upon relative cleanliness of the substrate and the porosity. Approximately 200ft2 per diluted gallon.
