Our new DOLLE clickFIX thermo comfort loft ladder has two installation solutions where you can install into the plasterboard so its flush with ceiling. Thanks to the newly developed loft ladder profile we have a durable fully integrated ceiling solution where the plasterboard is placed directly against the loft ladder profile and only the trapdoor is visible at the entrance to the loft space. In the second option is you can install the traditional way using our architraves. Either way you can visually conceal the installation joint for a seamless finish and both options are included with the loft ladder. Focusing on comfort, DOLLE has this high-insulated loft ladders with an anthracite steel ladder. The ladder comes with a well-developed spring system making the loft ladder extra easy to handle! As light as a feather. To provide extra comfort and safety, the loft ladder is equipped with 13 cm deep anti-slip treads and with a long telescope handrail, it provides very high security accessing the loft space. It also has an option to fit an additional handrail to the ladder for support on both sides! HIGH-INSULATED LOFT LADDER WITH DESIGNED ANTHRACITE GREY LADDER Super comfort and lowest U-value on market 38 W/m2 *K. At DOLLE we test our insulation capability and we do not just calculate it. Our loft ladders are tested as building components – not just in the middle. From this we get the most positive and accurate result. CPL-surface The clickFIX® loft ladder from DOLLE is insulated with 70 mm expanded polystyrene (EPS). The outside of the trapdoor is CPL-coated. With this particularly robust laminate, the trapdoor is significantly more abrasion, scratch and impact-resistant than other surfaces. The secret lies in the top layer, which consists of melamine resin. It withstands light scratches as well as normal dirt, it’s solvent and heat resistant, smudge-proof and easy to clean. The trapdoor maintains it bright white for a long time as impurities can be easily remove. In addition, CPL surfaces are colour and light-fast and therefore do not darken over time so the trapdoor not only fits discreetly into the ceiling it also remains in pristine condition.
