Flexible and space saving staircase easy to assemble A real space saver staircase from DOLLE being only 58 cm wide – very elegant and suitable for many applications. The stair comes in a one box solution, which make it easy and simple to install, therefor every part is included. “Open up” your house by adding space to your surroundings – giving access to more room up-stairs, a walk “up”-closet?, playroom? or even a bedroom? THE STAIRCASE IS ROTATABLE AND ADAPTABLE TO FIT YOUR ROOM. Also for the height of the room it has got flexibility, each tread can rise 18,5-22,5 cm with a max floor height of 292 cm. Installed as a straight stair the horizontal length is 170 cm, and with quarter turn it is adjustable from 164 cm to 169 cm, depending on the angel for the quarter turn. The treads are beech varnished multiplex and the construction is a grey powder-coated metal construction in RAL 9007. The grey brown colour is an ideal background colour. It is long-lasting and a very classic colour. Grey also works well with flashy or colourful décor. The structure surface has a superior scratch resistance and great cleanability. Installation tip: If you will be using the quarter turn staircase you will only use 5 of the handrail banister out of the 6 that comes with Graz staircase. CERTIFICATES The staircase complies with current European building standards defined in EN 1991 and EN 1993. The staircase Graz is certified for max. point load of 200 kg and max. total load of 560 kg. The banister railing is approved for a horizontal load of 50 kg / meter.
