Description The Basic Pocket Med Sleeve is sized to be carried in a jacket, pants front, or cargo pocket to protect a couple small items of trauma gear, which may include a pressure dressing, hemostatic gauze, or chest seals. A simple squeeze at the closed-bottom end will push the contained items up and out for deployment. Made of our tough XHD Elastic as used in the Renegade Ankle Holster and the Ankle IFAK.
